Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. As per our security procedures, we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

It is Suppdock’s intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except in case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we replace the product. For glass products, the customers would need to consider upto 5% of breakage as normal due to transport and logistics. All you need to do is give us a call within 48hrs of delivery or drop us an email at support@suppdock.com with received product photos and order id.
We have a 2 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Once the return/exchange is approved it will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or refund the funds. PLease allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange or refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
